What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna, which is why we offer an easy 30-day return policy free of restocking fees.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery for a no-questions-asked refund or exchange. Please note the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Any item(s) with custom engraving
You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:
- The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
- Original invoice
- Guarantee card
We do not refund shipping or appraisal card costs since shipping is free on all domestic purchases. You will be refunded the purchase amount minus the $30.00 original shipping fee. We do not refund grading cards. Only one return/exchange allowed per customer.
