What should I expect at my appointment?
During your appointment you’ll have an opportunity to browse our technology and fine jewelry, while recieving personalized one-on-one service from our amazing jewelry specialists.
Do you take walk-ins?
Absolutely! We welcome walk-in during regular business hours.
Is your full product selection on show?
While we’d love to have our entire collection on display, we’re not quite there yet. If there is a particular style you’d like to see, we recommend calling us prior to stopping by to confirm it’s available for viewing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take us 10-14 days to handcraft your item from scratch and ship it to you. Custom orders will take 4-6 weeks. Ready-to-ship items can be taken with you or shipped same day.
How long is an appointment?
We like to keep appointments to 60 minutes long to give us adequate time to prepare for our next appointment.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
