How does this upgrade program work?
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to all 50 States in the U.S. and internationally to more than 30 countries around the world. We commonly ship to the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
To ensure the highest level of quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order for every customer. Once your order is received and processed, we will begin crafting - it will take approximately 10 to 14 business days to complete your jewelry. Once completed, it will either ship domestically via UPS 2 Day Air or internationally in approximately 5 to 7 days depending on the destination country.
How to be eligible for this program?
In order to be eligible, the MiaDonna lab-grown diamond studs being upgraded must be accompanied by the original documentation and grading report, and must be in saleable condition. Any damage to the original diamonds or setting will disqualify the earrings from our upgrade program. The original grading report must be returned in reusable condition. Fees may apply for any damaged reports. Return shipping is complementary to US customers, standard shipping rates apply to international shipments.
General Exclusions
- Upgrades are available for lab grown diamonds only and are not available for Diamond Hybrid® simulants, colored gemstones, or jewelry.
- Upgrade credit does not include duty, shipping charges, or tax paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties, shipping charges, and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new stone before any credit is applied.
- Active discounts and/or promotions cannot be applied to upgrade orders.
- Upgraded lab grown diamond studs that have been purchased are not eligible for return or exchange.
What is included in my order?
Even though we are online, your jewelry will be delivered to you as if you had purchased in-person from our retail boutique. Your jewelry will be packaged in a deluxe jewelry box and white gift bag including eco-friendly jewelry cleaner and the appropriate documentation. Your order will also include a 30 day return or exchange policy with no restocking fees, if you don't totally love it.
Do you offer financing?
We offer great online financing, giving you the option to finance your purchase over 3, 12 or 24 months. This option is available at checkout.
