Featured Couple - Meet Natalie and Walker
Congratulations to the newly engaged couple! We are delighted to share Natalie and Walker’s love story. Natalie is a native from Spokane, WA and Walker is originally from Centerville, UT. After meeting at a Utah Valley University event, Natalie remembers her friend’s saying, “How cute would it be if you met your future husband here?” Little did she know that fate would strike.
On May 13, 2017, Natalie was under the impression that she would be helping her friend with a video project. She was asked by her friends to meet at Utah Lake to film, despite the windy and cold conditions. She was given direction to walk slowly toward the lake and then heard footsteps coming from behind. She turned to find Walker and her heart immediately dropped. As Natalie jumped with joy and excitement, Walker got down on one knee, took out the Hibiscus Solitaire Engagement Ring he had so perfectly chosen, and asked her to marry him.
