Featured Couple - Meet Rebecca and Leah
Congratulations to the newlywed couple, Mrs. Rebecca and Leah Weikowski! After connecting online in 2013 and exchanging messages for a week, they met for drinks. They soon learned that their love was inevitable after discovering their shared love for science, health and humor. Four years later, they were married on their anniversary. Fun fact, instead of hyphenating their original last names (Weis + Falkowski), they decided to merge their names and create their own!
It was important for both Rebecca and Leah to have to the chance to propose to each other, so naturally there were two proposals! In December of 2015, Leah proposed to Rebecca during a beautiful light show at their neighborhood park. In April of 2016, Rebecca proposed to Leah with a romantic picnic to commemorate the first day in their new house.
After researching ethical engagement ring companies, the couple discovered MiaDonna and made the trip out to Portland to try the rings on in person.
